Cleaning the Pipes

Well, we've been on the cleanse for a week now. Hubby has been experiencing some really fabulous bowel movememnts. He's been drinking enough water and exercising. I have been living in the bathroom too, but I know I could do better if I drank more water and exercised a bit. We didn't order the other stuff as yet, because hubby didn't deposit the money on his card...soon, inshallah.

Supplements

Well, The supplements arrived on Thursday. We only got the intestinal cleanse so far. I hope to order the liver and gall bladder cleanse either today or tomorrow. Hubby started his on Friday so today is his third day. He hasn't experienced a significant bowel movement yet, but I'm hopeful he will soon. I started mine today. From what I remember about taking this Tao -He Cleanse, you have the overwhelming urge to use the bathroom at which time you pass a log the size of your forearm. Hubby seemed frightened of the prospect. I can't wait, though. I got spectacular results the last time I used this stuff and that was roughly 10 years ago.
